Site Manager - Camden Secondary School (ASAP)
We are working with a prestigious academy trust in Camden seeking an experienced School Site Manager. This role is ideal for a professional looking to manage high-end educational facilities within a structured and supportive environment.

The leadership team understands the value of professional site management and ensures you are fully integrated into the trust's long-term strategic plans.
The Role & Responsibilities You will provide vital leadership to ensure the smooth running of the school's facilities and infrastructure.
Project Management: Overseeing minor works and ensuring all external contractors adhere to the school's rigorous safeguarding and H&S policies.
Utility Management: Monitoring energy consumption and implementing strategies to reduce the school's carbon footprint and utility costs.
Policy Implementation: Developing and maintaining school-specific premises policies and emergency evacuation procedures.
Asset Tracking: Maintaining an accurate inventory of all school equipment and ensuring regular PAT testing and maintenance schedules are met.
Salary & Contract Details
Day Rate: £130 – £150 per day
Contract: Full-time | Temporary | ASAP Start
