Do you want to join our team and make a difference for health workers?
We are looking for a new national officer to help us deliver our ambitious work programme. The role includes leading our work for operational services staff – the cleaners, porters, administrators, security staff, IT workers and all the other support roles which are essential to the delivery of services for patients.
You will oversee our ‘One Team’ campaign to champion the value of these workers as well as developing and delivering campaigns against cuts to jobs and services.
You will also develop and deliver a health, safety and wellbeing strategy to improve the working lives of the NHS workforce and work on our ‘Earnings Max’ campaign to deliver improvements to how key NHS pay, terms and conditions are implemented to maximise the earnings of our members.
If you want to make a positive difference for the NHS, and healthcare, and you have proven experience in negotiations, policy and campaign development, as well as excellent people and leadership skills, we’d love you to apply!
