Head of Growth Marketing
Lead an insight-driven approach to growth
Why London Business School?

It’s where extraordinary minds and diverse perspectives connect, to have a profound impact on the way the world does business and the way business impacts the world. We offer best in class hybrid learning to our students and participants, whilst creating a flexible, supportive and dynamic working environment for our people to excel in, whatever their location.
The Role
London Business School is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead how growth opportunities are identified, developed and scaled across the School’s portfolio. You will lead an insight-led, future-focused growth approach, moving beyond traditional digital marketing to unlock new markets, audiences and propositions, and to embed a culture of experimentation and commercial impact.
Working closely with the Executive Director, Product & Portfolio Marketing, the CMO and senior stakeholders across the School, you will shape and deliver a clear growth agenda that aligns with institutional priorities and long-term strategy. You will use data, customer insight and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities, test and validate new ideas, and scale initiatives that drive sustainable growth across Degree Education, Executive Education and other priority areas.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy, insight and execution. You will champion a test-and-learn mindset, de-risking innovation while accelerating learning and performance, and ensuring growth initiatives deliver measurable outcomes in demand, pipeline and revenue. Acting as a connector across product, marketing, revenue and academic teams, you will align cross-functional effort around shared growth priorities and help future-proof the School’s portfolio in a dynamic and competitive global landscape.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the identification and validation of new growth opportunities through market intelligence, customer insight and data-driven analysis
Develop and deliver an evidence-based growth strategy aligned to the School’s five-year plan, remaining agile to changing market dynamics
Drive the execution of growth initiatives with a clear focus on measurable commercial outcomes, including demand generation, pipeline quality and revenue impact
Champion a test-and-learn approach to experimentation, de-risking innovation while accelerating learning and impact
Partner closely with product, marketing, revenue and academic teams to align priorities and mobilise the right capabilities for growth
Ensure strong alignment from strategy through to execution, working closely with the Executive Director, Product & Portfolio Marketing and senior stakeholders
Who We Are Looking For
A commercially minded growth leader with a strong track record in growth strategy, marketing or commercial roles within complex organisations
Proven ability to translate data, insight and market intelligence into clear growth hypotheses and actionable plans
A confident influencer who can align and motivate cross-functional teams, often without direct authority
An inclusive, curious and resilient leader, comfortable with ambiguity and driven by outcomes and continuous improvement
Strong relationship-building skills, with experience partnering effectively across marketing, product, revenue and senior stakeholder groups
An excellent communicator and storyteller, able to distil complex ideas into compelling narratives that drive understanding and action
Benefits You Can Enjoy
Generous annual leave of 27 days plus extra days between Christmas and New Year
USS pension, 14.5% employer contribution (in return for employee enrolment and contribution)
Free onsite gym and swimming pool
Amazing range of professional development to support your career path
