Assistant General Manager - LONDON
Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now proudly operates 10 locations across France (Paris x4, Lyon, Lille, Marseille, Bordeaux, Nice and Strasbourg) and 1 in Belgium (Brussels).
TIGERMILK is now present in London.
Our Latin American–inspired cuisine is 100% homemade, responsibly sourced, and served in vibrant, centrally located restaurants.
From our very first opening in 2019 to our latest launch in Strasbourg (October 2025), our ambition has remained the same: to grow, improve, and do what we do best—delight our guests with great food and unforgettable experiences.
To make this launch a success, we’re assembling a dream team to deliver an exceptional experience—from the kitchen to the dining room—and to be part of our exciting journey in the UK, with more openings on the horizon.

Key elements of your Role :
- Manage a team of waiter/waitress, floor supervisor, reception manager and kitchen staff.
- Make sure everyone is working as a team to provide expected level of service and efficiency
- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
- Ensure quick, friendly and professional service at all time
- Anticipate guests’ needs
- Share your knowledge of our South American inspired dishes and drinks, making thoughtful recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and high standards
- Maintain high presentation standards, keeping tables tidy and ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift
- Support the restaurant team and be the go-to problem solver and motivator
- Participate in team’s onboarding and training
- You will be reporting to the General Manager.

- At least 2 years’ experience in this role
Base salary £34,000 + tronc (est. £30,000).
=> total package (est.) £65,000 - £70,000
