Capital Allowances Assistant Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Capital Allowances professional to help shape and grow a developing advisory service within a multidisciplinary firm. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll provide expert guidance on property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and developments. The role involves conducting site visits across the UK, preparing detailed claims for HMRC, and valuing land, buildings, and plant and machinery assets. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, and marketing efforts. You’ll also support junior colleagues with mentoring and technical training.
Candidates must have solid experience in capital allowances and a strong grasp of relevant tax incentives. Professional qualifications such as RICS, CTA, or ACA are desirable. You’ll need excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills, along with commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
