Document Controller
Maintain electronic document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud), ensuring version control, structured storage, and easy retrieval.
Distribution & Communication:
Coordinate document workflows, liaise with project teams and contractors, and ensure timely submission and receipt of documentation.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure documentation meets project and company standards, support audits, and maintain traceability.
Reporting & Support:
Generate document status reports, provide training on document control procedures, and act as the point of contact for SharePoint issues.
Systems Administration:
Create and manage SharePoint sites, including permission settings in line with company policy. Skills & Experience Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong organisational and data management skills
Familiarity with ISO 19650 and CDE requirements
Experience with SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, or similar systems
Understanding of project lifecycles and construction documentation
