Product Manager

The Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager – Connect to support the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of our global connectivity portfolio. This role is perfect for someone early in their product management career, with a strong interest in telecommunications, a customer-centric mindset, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with senior product leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to support the success of Expereo’s core connectivity services, including Internet Access, FWA, Broadband, DIA, and emerging technologies such as LEO (Low Earth Orbit satellite connectivity).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap for connectivity services
- Support the lifecycle management of existing products, including performance analysis, enhancement opportunities, and end-of-life planning
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify trends and inform product decisions
- Collaborate with technology, solutions, operations, supplier management, and sales teams to ensure successful product design, delivery and support
- Assist in pricing strategy development and margin analysis for new and existing connectivity products.
- Prepare product documentation, training materials, and internal communications
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and suggest data-driven improvements
- Support the Product Director Connect with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a product, technical, or telecom-related role preferred (internships or entry-level experience accepted)
- Strong interest in telecommunications and global network & cloud infrastructure
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
