The Role

As a Spa Therapist at Asaya, you will play a key role in delivering thoughtful, intuitive and personalised wellness experiences rooted in Rosewood’s philosophy of relationship hospitality.

You will provide a range of high-quality treatments, creating a calm and welcoming environment where guests feel genuinely cared for, understood and restored. This role is ideal for a therapist who values precision, presence and meaningful connection with guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments to the highest professional standard

• Create a warm, intuitive and personalised guest experience at every touchpoint

• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in line with brand and hygiene standards

• Confidently recommend treatments, retail products and wellness programmes where appropriate

• Work collaboratively with the wider Asaya and hotel team to ensure a seamless guest journey

• Uphold Asaya and Rosewood brand standards at all times

About You

• Qualified Spa Therapist with recognised certifications

• Experience working in a luxury spa, wellness or hospitality environment preferred

• Passionate about wellbeing, holistic care and guest experience

• Calm, professional and attentive, with excellent communication skills

• Flexible to work across a rota including weekends and holidays
