- Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing team of marketing specialists.
- Championing the effective use of data, technology and AI across the function.
- Managing agency partners across creative, media and production.
- Owning the marketing effectiveness framework, including measurement, testing and econometric modelling.
- Representing marketing at executive level as the commercial voice of the brand.
About You

What matters most is your ability to demonstrate significant leadership experience, commercial impact and success operating in complex environments.
You will bring:
- A strong track record in senior marketing leadership roles, including ownership of brand strategy, performance marketing strategy and significant marketing investment.
- Experience developing and delivering brand-led and performance-led growth strategies with demonstrable commercial results.
- Strong consumer brand experience, ideally complemented by B2B and/or B2B2C exposure.
- Experience leading and developing marketing teams, including through periods of change.
- A thorough understanding of marketing effectiveness, measurement, attribution and return on investment.
- Experience managing agency partnerships across creative, production and media.
- The presence, credibility and communication skills to influence at Executive and Board level.
- Strong commercial judgement combined with an evidence-based, data-led approach to decision making.
Above all, you will be a persuasive and influential leader, able to combine strategic vision with commercial rigour and bring others with you through the strength of your judgement, credibility and results.
