Part-time Housekeeper in Islington, London, Job ID J1FF0A
A lovely family in Islington is seeking a child-friendly, part-time Housekeeper to manage the daily upkeep of their 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property spread over four floors, starting as soon as possible. The role requires working three mornings per week for 6 to 7 hours per shift, with a flexible arrival time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be child-friendly, with the bonus of ad hoc evening babysitting available when needed.
Working hours: 3 Days Per Week, 6 to 7 hour shift
Duties include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence.
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area.
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens.
- Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding.
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed.
- Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher.
