Senior Quantity Surveyor - Energy Infrastructure
Location: London
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy delivering major energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
Working within a specialist team, you will support the delivery of high-profile projects including substations, nuclear facilities, high-voltage and subsea cabling, transformers, and overhead transmission lines.
The Role
Provide commercial and cost management services from inception to final account.
Deliver both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
Manage procurement, valuations, variations, change control and final accounts.
Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and project teams.
Administer contracts and manage project risk across complex infrastructure schemes.
About You
Experience within energy, utilities or major infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of projects involving substations, HV cabling, nuclear, transformers or transmission networks.
Strong understanding of NEC and FIDIC contracts.
Experience across both front-end and post-contract delivery.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
MRICS qualified (preferred).
