You will also help shape the foundational processes, standards, and best practices of our global investigations program.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global Investigations. While this position does not have direct people management responsibilities, it requires strong independent judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sensitive and cross-border matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, conflicts of interest, integrity concerns, financial irregularities, or regulatory risk

  • Partner closely with Legal, HR, Ethics & Compliance, Security, BAS (finance investigations), and Information Security to ensure coordinated and defensible outcomes

  • Exercise sound investigative judgment in assessing credibility, weighing evidence, and developing clear, objective findings

  • Draft high-quality investigation reports suitable for senior leadership and regulatory scrutiny where applicable

  • Identify trends, control gaps, and systemic risks, providing insight to support prevention and remediation efforts

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of global investigation standards, templates, training materials, and case management practices

  • Support program build efforts as the centralized model evolves

Scope of Investigations
You may handle matters across multiple domains, including:

  • Whistleblower / hotline concerns

  • Retaliation-sensitive matters

  • Workplace concerns (harassment, discrimination, misconduct)

  • Integrity and conflicts of interest issues

  • Financial misconduct (e.g., expense issues, kickbacks, misuse of assets)

  • Cross-functional or executive-sensitive matters as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven years of investigative experience across workplace, compliance, conduct, and/or financial domains

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex or sensitive investigations independently

  • Strong interviewing skills and evidence evaluation capabilities

  • Ability to produce structured, defensible written findings

  • Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations

  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Legal, Risk, Compliance, or a regulatory environment

  • Familiarity with employment law principles (legal qualification not required)

  • Experience handling cross-border investigations within EMEA

  • Multilingual capabilities (particularly European languages) are a strong plus
