The role will involve planning lessons, assessing progress, and contributing to a positive and supportive learning environment.Key responsibilities include: Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 Planning, preparing, and delivering effective lessons in line with the national curriculum Monitoring and assessing student progress to support attainment and development Maintaining strong classroom management and fostering a positive learning environment Supporting pupils as they prepare for GCSE examinations The Ideal Candidate The school is looking for a teacher who demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a commitment to student progress.Applicants should: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK Have experience teaching English within a secondary school setting Demonstrate effective classroom management and communication skills Be committed to supporting pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing Why Work with Protocol Education?
