The Role:
We're looking to hire an Operations Executive to join our Supply Chain team.
Getting our products into the hands of our consumers in the right condition, at the right time and at the right price takes serious business expertise. Supply Chain Management is responsible for the whole process, from sustainably sourcing the raw materials to ensuring a great product reaches the end customer in perfect quality and at an affordable cost. The breadth and depth of influence this function has make it key to how we realise our vision to build a sustainable future for our world.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong analytical skills, be a proven team player, and have the ability to think both quickly and strategically to make the best choices to influence our future supply chain. For Supply Chain, we’re seeking applicants with qualifications in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), other science-based degrees (BSc), candidates with analytical backgrounds from Arts and Humanities-based degrees (BA Hons) and Supply Chain-related disciplines such as Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
We value curiosity and willingness to learn over experience. We are looking for someone who is seeking rapid growth and progression at the early stages of their career.
You will report into our Supply Chain Lead.
Please note this is a junior role, applicants with more than 3 years experience will not be considered.
🚀 Some of your responsibilities:
 Supply chain management: 
- Organise and track shipments from our manufacturers to our warehouses 
- Ensure the deliveries are on time and booked with the warehouses (daily communication with external contacts: suppliers, warehouses and hauliers) 
- New launches: Create new SKUs in various locations for new launches 
- Reporting: Run weekly reports on forecast accuracy & product popularity 
- Stock management: monitor packaging stock level and place POs when needed 
- ERP management: Maintain accurate stock position on our ERP 
Project management:
- Cross-team collaboration: ability to work in cross-functional teams, including Fulfilment, Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience and Finance, to ensure supply chain processes run smoothly to deliver business objectives.

- Organisational & analytical skills - good Excel skills are required 
- Time management skills - you can take initiative and prioritises tasks 
- Self starter with a positive and proactive attitude - as happy head down in a spreadsheet as talking to external partners. 
- Great attention to detail and a constant drive to improve the status quo.
