Our client, an elite US law firm in the City is seeking a talented Leveraged Finance Solicitor (2-3 years’ PQE) to join its highly successful and expanding team. This is a newly created role, reflecting strategic growth.

The team comprises approximately 20 lawyers including partners, and operates within a collegiate and entrepreneurial environment. The practice is known for its exceptional quality of work, advising on complex, high-value transactions with a strong focus on lender-side mandates. Individuals acting for a mixed lender and sponsor-side background are also encouraged to apply.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years’ PQE with solid experience gained from a leading law firm
• Strong leveraged finance experience (lender-side, or mixed sponsor and lender side)
• Commercially astute, proactive, and team-oriented
• Individuals qualified in common law jurisdictions are welcome to apply
