About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor , you’ll be responsible for supporting and managing a team of Care Assistants in the community. You’ll act as the main point of contact for field-based staff, using your experience and problem-solving skills to provide guidance and deliver high-quality care solutions.
Working closely with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator , you’ll connect the office with our customers, ensuring consistency and high standards across every visit. You’ll also assess new customers’ care needs, prepare personalised care plans, and regularly review care packages to ensure they meet the required standards.
This is a field-based role that requires you to live in or near the London Borough of Wandsworth . You’ll need to be self-motivated, well-organised, and an excellent communicator, with a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage a team of Care Assistants in the field
- Conduct care assessments, reviews, and quality audits
- Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to carers
- Work with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist with complex care queries and resolve issues effectively
- Cover care visits when required to ensure continuity of service

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £25,000–£27,000, depending on experience
- Holiday: 28 days per year, plus up to 9 additional days for on-call duties
- Overtime pay for care visits
- Contributory pension scheme
