We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the Sohoteam!

The role:

The Assistant General Manager is the General Managers right hand. They lead, inspire and train. The AGM plays an essential part in running the sites operations. They support driving sales and food consistency, ensure compliance with company standards and assist with training, recruitment and scheduling.

About you:

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in hospitality
• Looks after, trains and nurtures your team
• Leads by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in
• Loves working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
• Passionate about good food and drinks
• Keen to work in a kitchen setting
• Deals well with pressure
