Design & Marketing Manager
Reporting into the Group Director of Sales, the Design & Marketing Manager will:
- Lead the creation and delivery of design-led marketing across an 11-hotel portfolio.
- Own projects from concept through to design, execution, and performance review.
- Design high-quality collateral including brochures, menus, presentations, sales tools, and campaign assets.
- Produce engaging digital content for websites, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Manage artwork preparation, print production, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Work collaboratively with hotel teams to plan and deliver social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
- Support the wider PR and communications strategy with retained PR consultants.
- Partner with the sales team to produce proposals, case studies, presentations, and other sales enablement resources.
- Support new hotel openings, refurbishments, and key commercial initiatives across the estate.
- Create online and offline content including brochures, website copy, video assets, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Develop internal communications that educate, engage, and inform hotel teams.

- 2-3 years' experience in a design-led marketing, creative, or brand-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Confident producing designs for both print and digital channels.
- A strong eye for branding, design layout, and visual storytelling.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of how marketing supports sales and revenue.
- Experience within hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle brands is desirable. Klarent Hospitality operates branded hotels across key locations in the UK, Ireland and France.
