SEN Teaching Assistant - West London (Ealing / Hounslow)

Pay: £90–£115 per day
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive mainstream primary school with a specialist SEN provision in West London .
About the Role
You will support pupils with autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social-emotional challenges , working closely with teachers and the SENCO. This role requires patience, consistency, and a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.
Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small-group SEN support
Implement strategies from EHCPs and support plans
Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum
Support communication and social development
Maintain accurate observations and feedback
Work collaboratively with therapists and SEN professionals
Candidate Requirements
Experience working with SEN children
Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
Strong understanding of safeguarding
Ability to follow structured routines
Willingness to support personal care if required
