Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Business Analyst to support the initiation and delivery of a Multinational Modernisation initiative. This strategic programme focuses on transforming global operations through data-driven appetite setting, accountable leadership, scalable technology ecosystems, and consistent service delivery.
Strategic Focus Areas
- S1: Appetite – Establish and launch a clearly defined, data-driven risk appetite across the business.
- S2: Accountability & Ownership – Define performance targets and embed accountable leadership and governance.
- S3: Tech Ecosystem (Int.)– Digitise workflows, integrate data, and enable scalable, flexible technology solutions.
- S4: Global Service Delivery – Implement global SLAs and governance for consistent, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Define and execute analysis approaches, including deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and required inputs.
- Elicit and analyse business needs to produce high-quality requirements, use cases, and other BA deliverables.
- Lead and support workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and drive alignment.
- Collaborate with other Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery across strategic items.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and support engagement and communication planning.
- Work closely with architects (enterprise, data, solution) and technology specialists to align strategy and design with business needs.
- Assist in preparing and presenting outputs and progress updates to senior management.
- Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in Multinational Insurance environments.
- Familiarity with Target Operating Model design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 , Dataverse , Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI .
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence .
- Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Skilled in shaping initiatives and managing ambiguity.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of complex IT ecosystems, enterprise architecture, and data integration.
