Reservations Agent
The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is looking for Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and other stakeholders, offering friendly and professional service and to enter correct booking information into Opera in a timely matter and to operate with a selling attitude at all times in order to maximise room sales and Hotel Revenues.
Reservations Agent key responsibilities:
- To be fully conversant with the Opera system and to apply it to individual and group reservations
- To be fully aware of all department standards of performance and procedures and to follow them
- To be fully aware of all information required for a reservation and to obtain it accurately and efficiently
- To possess a thorough product knowledge at all times and to utilise this information when dealing with clients
- To operate with a sales attitude and be aware of the sales opportunities within the Hotel which will assist with the maximisation of revenue
- To have a comprehensive understanding of the departmental telephone standards and that calls are answered and handled in a timely manner in accordance with departmental standards
Reservations Agent will have:
- Experience and knowledge of Opera.
- Capacity to complete jobs within the deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
