A high-performing girls’ secondary school in Wandsworth is seeking a professional and efficient School Administrator to join their front-office team from January.
Role Summary
You will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This is a varied role requiring excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and the ability to multitask in a busy school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the school reception and handling enquiries
Maintaining student records and supporting admissions processes
Coordinating communications, letters, and emails
Supporting attendance, safeguarding, and general admin tasks
Providing administrative assistance to senior staff as required
Requirements
Previous experience in administration (school experience desirable)
Strong IT skills, including MS Office
Ability to work calmly, professionally, and confidentially
