Senior Product Manager — AI-Native Logistics
ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring a senior, hands-on Product Manager to lead AI-native, agent-first capabilities within a logistics and supply chain product. You will own discovery and delivery for AI-driven optimisation and decision-support features, working closely with customers, engineers, and designers. You will personally prototype ideas, run simulations and experiments, and use evidence to shape roadmaps and product direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Use evidence and data to shape roadmaps and influence stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and designers
- Challenge teams to deliver production-grade, trustworthy AI systems rather than experiments
- Shape how AI-native products are discovered, designed, and delivered in complex logistics environments
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
- 5+ years in B2B or Enterprise SaaS product management
- Strong logistics or supply chain domain experience
- Proven hands-on prototyping and discovery skills
- Comfortable working with AI concepts such as agents, LLM-based workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems
- Outcome-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills
