Person specification

• Experience working in school settings or with children, with confidence delivering support as a Teaching Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability and a proactive attitude to supporting teachers and pupils.
• Able to start January 2026 and to undertake pre-start induction and training in Islington.
