An oversubscribed 11–18 secondary school in West London is seeking a Science Technician.
School Description
The school serves around 1,400 students , with strong science participation and excellent Sixth Form progression in STEM subjects.
Science Department Insight
The Science block includes multiple labs, prep rooms and specialist equipment. Technicians play a vital role in enabling safe, engaging practical lessons.
The Role
- Preparing practicals and demonstrations across all three sciences
- Ordering equipment, managing stock and overseeing deliveries
- Maintaining laboratories and storage areas
- Supporting enrichment such as science clubs or STEM events
Ideal Candidate
Methodical, reliable and proactive, with lab-based experience preferred.
