Sous Chef - Luxury 5 Star Hotel

We’re working with one of London’s most renowned 5-star hotels, home to a Michelin-starred restaurant as well as an elegant all-day dining restaurant and award-winning afternoon tea service. They are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their accomplished kitchen brigade, supporting the leadership team in maintaining outstanding standards across every service. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced luxury environment where no two days are the same. From refined fine dining to high-volume hotel service, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every dish reflects the quality and attention to detail the hotel is known for.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of multiple kitchen operations, Leading and inspiring chefs during service, ensuring consistency and quality at all times, Assisting with training, mentoring and developing junior members of the brigade, Helping to manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation efficiently, Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen presentation are maintained.

Requirements

• We’re looking for a Sous Chef with experience in a quality hotel environment who thrives in a busy, multi-outlet operation. You’ll be a confident team player with excellent organisational skills, a hands-on leadership style, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
