About the role
The Senior Global Partnerships Manager will support the Head of Partnerships in developing and delivering a clear, impactful global partnerships program that helps Charlotte Tilbury to unlock valuable new audiences, engage communities, drive cultural heat and reach commercial goals.

Spanning purpose, brand, entertainment, sport and technology and beyond, partnerships are a strategic priority as Charlotte Tilbury strengthens its position as an innovative and disruptive global beauty, media and tech platform.

This role requires a highly proactive, organised and commercially minded individual who can identify opportunities, sell in a compelling vision and lead complex partnerships through to successful activation.

As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager you will

1. Strategy and Partner Identification

  • Support the development of Charlotte Tilbury’s global partnerships strategy, aligned with brand, audience, marketing and commercial priorities.
  • Proactively identify and assess high-potential partnership opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing partners.
  • Develop compelling partnership propositions with clear strategic, creative and commercial value.
  • Monitor cultural and competitor activity to identify trends and areas of opportunity.

2. Negotiation and Internal Sell-In

  • Support on partnership proposals, commercial frameworks and negotiations, working closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams to maximise all partner deals
  • Develop persuasive business cases and presentations for the Senior Leadership Team to sell in new opportunities
  • Secure internal alignment and commitment by clearly communicating the value, requirements and potential impact of each opportunity.
  • Support on review of partner contracts and deliverables

3. Partner Management, Activation and Delivery

  • Lead assigned partnerships from approval and contracting through full scope of delivery; creative development, launch and evaluation.
  • Brief Creative Agency and internal teams, translating the partnership ambition and vision into clear briefs
  • Own and lead the CPA, deliverables and key milestones, ensuring work remains on track and within budget.
  • Act as the central point of contact between partners, agencies and Charlotte Tilbury teams.
  • Ensure information and decisions flow clearly across Global, Regional and cross-functional teams.
  • Anticipate and resolve challenges, escalating key risks, decisions and priorities to the Head of Partnerships when required.
  • Prepare clear updates and decision-making materials for senior leadership.
  • Evaluate performance and capture learnings to strengthen future partnerships.

About you

  • Significant experience in global brand partnerships, commercial partnerships, business development or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience identifying opportunities and building a high-quality partnership pipeline.
  • Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements.
  • A strong external network and the ability to open doors and build senior-level relationships.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional activations from concept through to delivery.
  • Experience creating compelling proposals, business cases and senior leadership presentations.
  • Experience working across global and regional teams within a fast-paced consumer business
  • Founder-led business experience is ideal
