Senior Product Manager, International Payments

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our innovative online payment solutions. This is a crucial role for someone with a proven track record of launching successful "zero-to-one" products in the payments space, who can transform complex user needs into intuitive and scalable solutions.

You will be the key driver in our mission to deliver best-in-class payment experiences. This requires a sharp eye for market demands and a proactive approach to product development. You will work cross-functionally with product development, design, and go-to-market teams to define and execute our payment strategy.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Lead the definition and execution of our new payment proposition, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business strategy.

Product Innovation: Drive the launch of innovative online payment solutions from concept to production, solving complex challenges and capturing new market opportunities.

Customer-Centric Design: Engage directly with customers through interviews, usability testing, and pilot programs to gather feedback and refine the product vision for online payments.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.

Pilot Program Management: Run early adopter programs with customers to test the payment product, gather actionable feedback, and resolve issues alongside the development teams.

Execution at Scale: Prioritize backlog tasks and manage day-to-day activities to balance long-term strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Stakeholder Management: Regularly report on project milestones, customer insights, and progress against KPIs to leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

Zero-to-one Product Launch Experience: Demonstrated ability to bring innovative online payment solutions from concept to market while navigating ambiguity.

Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong experience conducting customer interviews and leveraging insights to shape product strategy and execution within the online payments domain.

Payments Expertise: A background in online payment systems, fintech, or financial technology is highly preferred. Must have experience implementing detailed solutions for complex use cases like payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, and international payments.

Mobile App Experience: Expertise in delivering transformative mobile app experiences that delight and engage end-users in the context of online payments.

Strong Communication: Skilled at coordinating and aligning efforts across product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Must be able to communicate effectively with leadership and provide clear, concise reports on progress and risks.

Leadership and Adaptability: Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable navigating technical complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities
