This role is in a busy team which is the front line service for Sutton Housing Partnership.

We are responsible for managing busy Customer Care and Repairs email in boxes and ensuring these a responded to within our service standards. We also triage Housing Management and Repairs calls, raise repairs and undertake admin tasks for a busy Housing Management service

We are based in our office with no hybrid working.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
Experience in delivering a high-quality customer service across multiple channels; Phone, E-mail, Chat, social media etc
Excellent listening skills, analysis of customer needs and applying appropriate resolution
Good written and oral communications
A proactive approach to responding to customer needs and expectations
Be able to work as an individual and as a member of a team
Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet customers needs.
Be capable of dealing with different customers and situations
Desirable:

Use of NEC (Northgate) or equivalent
Outcome focused
