Leveraged Finance Solicitor (2-5 PQE)

- Advise lenders, including major banks and private credit funds, on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate complex financing documentation.
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on cross-border deals.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
