The Chancery Rosewood is housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
As a part of our Waiting Team, you will be at the heart of our dining experience, delivering impeccable service with warmth and professionalism. With a deep understanding of our menus and a passion for hospitality, you will create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring every meal is an exceptional one.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs.
- Deliver a seamless dining experience by maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Offer expert knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and wine pairings.
- Ensure tables are set, presented, and maintained to the highest luxury standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
About You
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to service.
