Solution Architect, UK
Role Overview
At ONEiO, integrations aren’t delivered as one-off projects - they’re provided as a fully managed service. As a Solution Architect in our Expert Services team, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering integration solutions that are scalable, resilient, and supported for the long term through ONEiO’s Managed Integration Service .
This is a hands-on role combining solution architecture, customer engagement, and strong project management . You’ll work with enterprise customers to understand their needs, define scalable and resilient integration designs, and then lead their successful delivery. You’ll coordinate timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and internal resources to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes - with long-term customer value at the centre.
You’ll thrive here if you love translating complex requirements into elegant solutions, managing delivery without friction, and staying involved across the full lifecycle to ensure the service continues to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Design solutions using ONEiO’s Managed Integration Service, aligning to each customer’s business goals and ecosystem.
Own project delivery - define scope, build plans, coordinate touchpoints, manage risks, and ensure milestones are met across customer and internal teams.
Lead implementation and configuration , ensuring that integrations are robust, secure, and maintainable within a managed service model.
Own the full lifecycle of customer integrations, from discovery and planning through to go-live and continuous improvement.
Collaborate across functions , including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure seamless project delivery and knowledge handover.
Build long-term relationships with customers by acting as a trusted advisor, continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Support pre-sales engagements through solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical guidance.
Stay informed on integration, automation, and SaaS industry trends to bring new ideas into your work.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in solution architecture , ideally within ITSM and integration domains.
Proven ability to manage complex projects , including cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery accountability.
Strong understanding of managed service delivery , with a focus on long-term customer value and lifecycle thinking.
Confident and clear in customer-facing communication , both technical and business-oriented.
A problem-solver and system thinker - able to design robust and scalable solutions, not just point-to-point fixes.
A strong cultural fit with our including customer focus, ownership, adaptability, and critical thinking.
UK-based, with the ability to work remotely and travel occasionally when needed.
Why ONEiO
Be part of a company that’s transforming the way integrations are delivered , replacing outdated project models with a fully managed service approach.
Collaborate with a global team of experts who are passionate about modernising IT service delivery.
Play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that have a real impact on customers across industries.
Join a culture built on curiosity, growth, inclusion, and shared success .
