Residential Property Paralegal
We’re working with a well-regarded law firm based in Guildford, seeking a skilled Residential Property Paralegal to join their team.
This is a permanent role offering the chance to work on a variety of residential property transactions and support clients throughout the conveyancing process.

- Strong experience in residential property law, with a solid understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and leases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to outstanding client service.
- Relevant legal qualification (paralegal certificate/diploma) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in a residential property paralegal role, ideally within a law firm environment.
- Familiarity with legal software and technology, including case management and document management systems.
