The Role
As an IT Technician , you will:
- Provide technical support to staff and students across the school.
- Maintain, install, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support the management of user accounts, printers, and classroom technology.
- Ensure all ICT equipment is in good working order and maintained efficiently.
- Assist with upgrades, data backups, and IT asset management.
Requirements
- Has previous experience in an IT support or technician role, ideally in an educational setting.
- Possesses strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and common software.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Is organised, efficient, and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Has a proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
