Executive Assistant (EA) to CTO
LEGO Digital Play (LDP) will bring the LEGO brand into digital entertainment in new, innovative, and wholly-owned ways. Our mission is to ensure the LEGO Brand remains as powerfully a part of children’s lives in the next 20 years as it has been for the past 60.

This is a hands-on, start-up environment , where pace, ownership, and adaptability are critical.
The Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to act as a trusted partner to LDP's Chief Technology Officer, enabling them to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This is not a traditional EA role focused purely on administration. You will play a key role in driving prioritisation, creating structure, and enabling decision-making in a highly dynamic setting.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Calendar & Priority Management
Own and actively manage complex calendars with a focus on prioritisation and impact
Make independent judgement calls on scheduling, trade-offs, and time allocation
Ensure leadership time is aligned to key business priorities
Confidently push back and challenge where needed to protect focus and effectiveness
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage inboxes and communications where required
Coordinate internal and external meetings across a wide range of stakeholders
Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing materials
Track follow-ups and ensure actions are progressed
Project & Operational Support
Support planning and execution of key initiatives (e.g. industry events, leadership offsites, cross-functional projects)
Lead logistics, stakeholder coordination, and communication for executive priorities
Help create structure in ambiguous situations and ensure progress is maintained
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships across LDP, the LEGO Group, and external partners
Act as a central point of coordination across teams and functions
Facilitate effective communication and information flow
Business & Communication Support
Assist in preparing executive communications (presentations, briefings, talking points)
Support board and leadership interactions as needed
Synthesise information to support clear, timely decision-making
Operational Excellence
Identify and implement improvements to workflows, communication rhythms, and processes
Help establish effective ways of working in a growing organisation
Requirements for the role
Significant experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, complex environments
Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make sound judgement calls independently
Confidence to challenge, push back, and influence senior stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving, and less structured environments
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to be in LDP London office 2-3 days a week
