Requirements
Key Focusses
- Produce high-performing impactful content for paid and organic social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snap) that drive conversions and growth
- Deep understanding of each platform’s audience, algorithm and trends
- Knowledge of what creates an attention grabbing, scroll stopping hook
- Ability to convey a compelling message in under 12 seconds that aligns with our brand voice and style
- Ability to use data from the Breakroom Quiz to create compelling, imaginative social media content
- Be able to communicate effectively with a Gen Z audience
- Have an intimate understanding of UK culture, trends, humour
- Own the complete content creation process from scripting and shooting to editing posting, and engaging
- Have an acute attention to detail to iterate on creatives rapidly
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple videos efficiently
- Ability to use data and intuition to inform creative strategies and optimise performance
- Keen eye on local and national news
- The role will involve very occasional UK travel to film at our partners’ locations
- Creative and ideas driven
- Be highly collaborative and able to work effectively with remote teams
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reports
Desirable
- Experience of social media growth drivers
- An understanding of data and how to use it to influence the content creation process
- Experience of producing content for social media ads
- A strong appreciation of front line work and the challenges these workers face
- Experience of producing content for a youth audience
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years work experience within a startup/scaleup/corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to show your face on our social media channels
- Excellent video editing skills
- Organised and methodical to be able to produce high volumes of content
- Ability to accept continuous feedback
- Willingness to work from our London office Tuesdays and Wednesdays
