What You’ll Do

• Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments (microneedling, exosomes, energy-based devices, facial treatments, etc) with clinical precision and exceptional client focus
• Conduct detailed skin consultations, developing treatment plans aligned with best-in-class protocols
• Build trusted relationships with discerning clients, offering guidance, education, and ongoing support
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure a flawless, luxury experience from consultation to aftercare
• Maintain an immaculate treatment environment, championing hygiene, safety, and 5-star presentation at all times

Who You Are

• Level 4 qualified (minimum) with strong hands-on experience in a high-end, medically-led aesthetic setting
• Deep understanding of skin health, devices, and skincare technologies — always staying ahead of industry trends
• A calm, polished, and confident communicator, skilled in managing VIP clients and tailoring the experience to each individual
• Results-driven, professional, and passionate about delivering excellence in every treatment
