SALES ASSISTANT FULL TIME @MAX MARA SELFRIDGES
Max Mara is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team at Selfridges. You will play a key role in conveying the brand’s identity and excellence in service, while contributing to store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients in line with Max Mara’s brand values, service standards, and selling ceremony.
Actively support the achievement of personal and store goals, working collaboratively with the team.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities.
Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times, with merchandise properly displayed and organized.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand heritage, and fashion trends.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Act as an ambassador of Max Mara’s customer-centric approach.
The ideal candidate will:
Speak fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Have at least 1–3 years of retail experience; experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector is preferred.
Be passionate about fashion, sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Be goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Maintain high standards in presentation and behaviour, aligned with the brand image.
