We are looking for an experienced Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
- Performance Analysis: Evaluating the profitability and market performance of each product.
- Life Cycle Management: Understanding and managing products throughout their lifecycle, from development and launch to growth, maturity, and potential decline.
- Coordinating portfolio of suncare and grooming brands
- Recommend changes to optimize the portfolio by adjusting pricing, consolidating SKUs, or even discontinuing underperforming products.
- Identifying and executing cost efficiency improvements
- Improve consumer experience through better packaging or product solutions and artwork updates.
- Implementing regulatory changes
- Delivering the end-to-end process for Incremental Innovation leadership: from identifying insights & uncovering strategic opportunities to developing a business case, concept ideation & testing, product ideation, project management of product development and developing the commercial proposition.
- Assisting in the development of business cases for approval.
- Engaging markets on new projects and ensuring their successful performance by collaborating with Brand, local marketing and sales teams to support launch plans and drive sustained results
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including Technical, Regulatory, Legal and Brand.

Here’s what we are looking for:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated and able to succeed in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker with an understanding of budgets and product costing, plus ability to proactively gather, analyse and evaluate complex data.
- Good financial acumen and accountability: understand the commercial performance with strong analytical skills and ability to recommend data driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently but a strong team player with the drive to continuously improve.
- Curious with a flair for identifying new solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner.
- Consumer Packaged Goods, Personal Care or Beauty experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and proficient in at least one other European language is an advantage.
