Teacher of History - Outstanding Sixth Form - Camden
An Outstanding-rated, high-achieving Sixth Form in Camden requires a permanent, full-time Teacher of History, starting January 2026. This is an opportunity to join an exceptionally successful Humanities department.

Responsibilities
- You will deliver engaging and meticulous instruction across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE), and 5 (A-Level).
- Your central role is driving high attainment and promoting advanced critical analysis, source evaluation, and sophisticated essay writing skills.
- You must contribute actively to departmental projects, schemes of work, and the school's enrichment programmes.
- You are expected to maintain the department's tradition of preparing students for competitive university applications, including Oxbridge.
Requirements
- You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- You must have passed your induction period and have a strong record of teaching success at KS4 and KS5.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- You must hold a relevant Degree in History or a related field.
