About the Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Concierge Door Attendant to join our team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. This role is essential in creating a warm and professional first impression for guests, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
- Direct guests to reception, announcing them by name when possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the hotel’s entrance, driveway, and car park.
- Liaise with valet parking attendants to manage guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Assist with moving vehicles to and from the car park entrance when required.
- Report any defects or issues promptly via HotSOS or to the Concierge team.
About You
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be confident driving luxury vehicles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel.
- Strong customer service skills and professional presentation.
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks safely.
- Excellent communication and a courteous, proactive attitude.
