Senior Manager - International & Complex Tax

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the International & Complex Tax team in London. The firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join a high-performing group that advises some of the largest and most complex multinational businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities

* Delivering strategic UK and international tax advisory services to support client objectives.
* Leading tax structuring, refinancing, business optimisation, and tax authority enquiries.
* Collaborating with specialists across departments and global offices.
* Mentoring and developing junior team members.
* Driving business development initiatives, from client proposals to pitches.
* Building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
* Playing an active role in the team's growth and success.

Candidate Profile

* ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified with strong corporate tax and accounting expertise.
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage teams and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
* Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
