About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the school’s financial operations and provide support to the leadership team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
• Monitor school expenditure and ensure value for money
• Oversee financial systems, invoices, and payroll processes
• Support the Headteacher and Governors with strategic financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in finance management, ideally within an educational setting
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with finance software and school management systems
• Legal right to work in the UK
