About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the school’s financial operations and provide support to the leadership team .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
- Monitor school expenditure and ensure value for money
- Oversee financial systems, invoices, and payroll processes
- Support the Headteacher and Governors with strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance management, ideally within an educational setting
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with finance software and school management systems
- Legal right to work in the UK
