Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Narrative Navigator: Instructing English Language and Literature across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
- Grammar Guardian: Driving high attainment by developing foundational comprehension and sophisticated essay writing skills.
- Book Club Leader: Contributing to extracurricular reading clubs and literary enrichment activities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in English.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
