Food Technology Teacher - Top Performing School - Newham

The Role
The successful candidate will teach Food Technology across KS3 & KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on experience. You will deliver high-quality practical and theory lessons that promote creativity, nutrition awareness, and strong technical skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging, hands-on Food Technology lessons
Preparing students effectively for GCSE examinations
Maintaining high standards of health & safety within practical environments
Contributing to curriculum development within the department
Supporting enrichment activities and wider school initiatives
You will be part of a collaborative DT faculty committed to maintaining strong outcomes and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Food Technology
Experience teaching to KS4 (KS5 desirable)
