Lunchtime Supervisor - SEN Specialist School (Ealing, W13)
Hours: 11:45am – 1:30pm
Salary: £15–£17 per hour
A supportive specialist school in Ealing is seeking a gentle, patient and highly observant Midday Meal Supervisor to assist pupils with a wide range of SEND needs. This role involves consistent routines, clear communication and a deep commitment to promoting children’s dignity and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting with eating, personal needs and mobility (as appropriate)
Encouraging social skills and communication using tailored strategies
Providing calm, predictable emotional support to pupils with sensory or behavioural needs
Ensuring the dining and play environments are structured, safe and supportive
Working closely with therapists and SEN teaching staff
Full training will be offered, and you will be part of a dedicated and compassionate team.
