Product Manager, LiveOps
Who We Are:
Gram Games is the studio behind popular titles like 1010!, Six!, Merge Dragons!, and Merge Magic!, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. We are proudly part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family. We do things differently here: we work in small self-managing teams, giving you an incredible amount of ownership, autonomy, and impact.
At Gram, everyone is expected to have a razor-sharp focus on creating a tangible impact on their team, their work environment, and on the overall company strategy. If you are motivated by autonomy, constant improvement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, this is the place for you.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager, LiveOps to join our growing team! Are you ready to shape the next generation of games that are played by millions with your monetization expertise?
You will lead the development and execution of our monetization strategies, ensuring they align with the game’s vision and business goals while delivering a tailored player experience. You will improve cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams, setting the strategic direction for monetization and live-ops to boost long-term revenue and player happiness. Your contribution will craft the monetization roadmap, influence key decisions, and directly impact the experience of millions of players every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement monetization strategies by diving into player behavior, engagement data, and market trends.
- Own the revenue performance of your game(s) or area(s), ensuring alignment with strategic growth goals.
- Find opportunities and lead actions to drive balanced revenue growth, whether tweaking pricing, refining offers, or optimizing player journeys.
- Collaborate with Product and Game Economy teams to define the best ways to monetize different player segments.
- Act as the primary resource for providing mentorship on monetization, responding to inquiries from team members and collaborators with assurance.
- Plan and implement high-impact monetization events (such as special sales or limited-time offers) and use A/B testing to make informed, data-backed decisions.
- Configure in-game events and drive improvements in Live Ops tools to simplify workflows and increase impact.
- Lead projects that improve data visibility and player insights, then share findings across the studio to level up everyone’s game.
- Stay ahead by analyzing industry trends and benchmarking standard methodologies in Live Ops.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in mobile/freemium games, with a focus on Live Operations, Monetization, Product Management, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a user-centric and data-driven approach. Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
- Resourceful team member who thrives on solving challenges and has a strong curiosity about player psychology.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an open-minded, self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in written/spoken English. Ability to align diverse teams, cultures, and work styles.
- Passion for games!
Benefits
In return for bringing your expertise to this top-priority role, we offer some of the best benefits in the gaming industry!
- Highly competitive salary
- Private medical care
- Company bonus scheme
- Relocation assistance for those moving to the UK
- Awesome onsite chef serving breakfast, lunch, and lots of treats (naughty and nice)
- Life insurance and a favorable pension scheme
