Job Title: Senior Associate, Listed Real Estate Associate
Department: Global REITs
Reports To: SVP, Senior Portfolio Manager, Head of Europe Real Estate
Job Summary:
Work closely with Head of Europe Real Estate, Portfolio Managers and Europe REIT Analysts to produce company, sector and portfolio level reports and analysis across listed real estate. Coordinate information flow with other departments. Position has significant upside potential. Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Assist Analysts with macro-level property sector research and individual security analysis. Update earnings (FFO) and Net Asset Value models.
- Participate in company meetings and property tours; report takeaways and actionable recommendations to investment research team.
- Update and maintain proprietary database of analyst estimates and portfolio management reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 bachelor degree with two to four years of experience in Investment Banking or Equity market experience; Concentration in Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred with progress towards the CFA designation a plus.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and proficiency with Bloomberg platform.
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and urgency.
- Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
- Basic understanding of security analysis and accounting concepts
- Familiarity with REITs and drivers of real estate trends would be beneficial.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies preferred.
- Foreign language skills would be beneficial.

- Agrees to comply with the firm’s hybrid work policy (“work from home policy,” as aligned with the Company’s employee handbook), which currently requires reporting to the Company’s London office four (4) days per week, with one (1) remote workday permitted.
Working Conditions
- While normal work hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm, this position must be flexible with the understanding that work deadlines must be met and at times it is necessary to work off hours to complete the required project at hand.
- Minimal travel required
