OverviewJoin Gallagher’s dynamic Integration Management Office (IMO) team within our UK & EMEA Change and Operations function. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while contributing to the success of our AssuredPartners integration programme. The role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in our London office.

How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the services provided to the AssuredPartners integration programme. You’ll work closely with Programme Leads, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll also help develop an IMO Centre of Excellence, creating standards and processes that align with our strategic goals.
You will have the opportunity to conduct quality assurance reviews, analyse data to inform decisions, and mentor team members to build capability. You’ll collaborate with our Gallagher Centre of Excellence (GCOE India) team to deliver services that directly support the AssuredPartners integration programme.
About You- Experience managing fast-paced change, ideally within acquisition integration or insurance/financial services.
- A delivery-focused mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong reporting skills to provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies like waterfall or agile, and experience with fiscal management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an understanding of Power BI.
- Familiarity with programme management tools like Planview Portfolio is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
