Nanny
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 per annum, negotiable DOE
Status: Live-out We are assisting an UHNW family based in Knightsbridge with the recruitment of a lovely and energetic hands-on Nanny to support the care of their three young children aged 2, 3, and 5 years old. This is a busy and engaging role suited to a confident, nurturing nanny who is comfortable managing multiple children and maintaining structured daily routines within a fully staffed household. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting morning and evening routines, as well as keeping the children engaged, entertained and safe, accompanying them to playdates and extra-curricular activities. While the household employs a live-in housekeeper/rounder who assists with general upkeep, the nanny will be expected to assist with some light child-related responsibilities, ensuring the children’s areas are well maintained and their daily needs are met to a high standard. This role also requires flexibility and a willingness to travel internationally with the family when needed, so the Nanny should be adaptable, organised, and confident maintaining routines both at home and while abroad, supporting the children’s development, wellbeing, and emotional security at all times. Working hours will generally be from 8am-8pm, working from Wednesday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will be positive, fun and kind with nurturing, warm nature. The family have no pets, and a driver is not required for the role. DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Providing attentive, hands-on care for three children aged under 6
• Supporting before- and after school routines
• Maintaining children’s bedrooms, nurseries, and play areas, ensuring toys and equipment are organised and well cared for
• Assisting with nursery duties in collaboration with the live-in housekeeper/rounder
• Accompanying the children to extracurricular activities such as swimming, chess, and other age-appropriate classes
• Preparing and offering healthy snacks and meals
• Managing bath and bedtime routines, including encouraging reading before bed
• Supporting the children’s learning, development, and social skills through structured and imaginative play
• Travelling internationally with the family and providing full childcare support while abroad ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience caring for children of similar ages (2–5 years)
• Hands-on, proactive, and confident caring for multiple children
• Happy and available to travel internationally; must hold a valid passport
• Enhanced DBS check
• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Warm, reliable, and organised, with a calm and nurturing approach
• Right to live and work in the UK
• London based
• Brilliant, checkable references
